The private bathrooms with a bath or shower and a hairdryer were a great perk for our family. The villa's balcony, satellite TV, and air conditioning made our stay even more comfortable. We loved the tea/coffee maker and kitchenware, allowing us to enjoy home-cooked meals. The flat-screen TV and sofa were perfect for cozy family movie nights.

Personally, we weren't big fans of the stovetop. Others might still find enjoyment in it, though.

We had an amazing family vacation at the villa. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and with a park right across the street. The excellent location allowed easy access to the beautiful Ayia Napa beaches and Cape Greco with a car. We got excellent value for our money at Katerina Luxury Villas. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had comfortable beds. The location was perfect, with the sea, local store, and bus stop just a few steps away. The staff was extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was the selection of breakfast items.
